Your mission
- Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone and email
- Handle product-related inquiries and independently resolve customer issues
- Accurately document customer interactions to maintain clear records and support continuous improvement of service quality.
- Process returns and warranty claims
Your profile
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Basic technical and commercial understanding
- Previous customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
- Professional and courteous telephone manners, combined with strong written communication skills
- Enjoy interacting with people and delivering excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
