Join our Finance team in Sofia!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) to support our growing Finance team. In this part-time role (20–30 hours per week), you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions while contributing to the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

Your mission

Review, code, and post supplier invoices
Process payments and support daily accounts payable operations
Manage vendor accounts, including master data maintenance, payment reminders, and account reconciliations
Assist with monthly and annual closing activities
Prepare and submit reports and financial analyses

Your profile

Good German language skills, both written and spoken
English language skills are an advantage
Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Initial practical experience in accounting or finance is desirable
Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly responsible working style
